Caitlin Palmer I am organizing this on behalf of myself and one other speaker from our office, Pauline Miller.

Caitlin Palmer joined the Berkeley City Auditor’s office in 2018 and is a Performance Audit Manager. She has worked on audits covering a range of topics including the city’s fleet, library, employee retention, domestic violence response policy, and fire prevention tax measure funds. Before that she worked as an auditor in the California State Auditor’s office, and worked in consulting and non-profit organizations. She has Master’s of Public Policy from Mills College.
