Caitlin Palmer joined the Berkeley City Auditor's office in 2018 and is a Performance Audit Manager. She has audited topics including the city's fleet, library, employee retention, domestic violence response policy, and fire prevention tax measure funds. Before that she worked in the California State Auditor's office, and in consulting and non-profit organizations. She has Master of Public Policy from Mills College.
