Jessica K. Rider

Jessica Rider, Ph.D. is a Senior Economist at the Government Accountability Office (GAO). She has worked in GAO's Education, Workforce, and Income Security portfolio for 12 years, achieving results through data driven analyses, compelling and evidence-based messages, and hard-hitting reports. She is also an internal coach and teambuilding facilitator at GAO, and teaches courses on writing, feedback, and other topics as a member of the adjunct faculty in GAO's Learning Center. Jessica holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics as well as a Master of Public Policy from U.C. Berkeley. She is a certified Gallup Strengths coach and a graduate of CoachU's ICF accredited coaching training program.
