Justin Levin

Justin L. Levin, CCA – Audit Manager for Talson Solutions, LLC. He is a Certified Construction Auditor (CCA) with 17 years of experience in internal controls assessment, construction auditing, and contract compliance reviews. Mr. Levin manages construction audits, risk assessments, procedure reviews, and project readiness reviews for projects in education, healthcare, transportation, and commercial development industries that have resulted in process improvements, mitigated project risks, and realistic cost recovery opportunities. He is in his 6th year with Talson and has been an active participant in Talson’s growth and branding as a preferred capital project consulting firm. Previously he was a Team Lead within Verizon’s Internal Audit department where is supported the development of the Construction Audit practice. During his time with Verizon, Mr. Levin conducted both domestic and international construction audits including project sites in Amsterdam, Bogota, Hong Kong, London, Sydney and Sao Paulo. Prior to Verizon, Mr. Levin spent three (3) years at Grant Thornton conducting financial statement audits, includes Sarbanes-Oxley control evaluations. While at Grant Thornton, Mr. Levin spent over a year participating in an engagement located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He is a member of the National Association of Construction Auditors and the Institute of Internal Auditors Philadelphia and holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Drexel University. He has presented construction audit related topics for industry associations such as AAIA. Justin and his wife reside in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Justin is involved in college hockey, enjoys playing golf, and spending time at the South Jersey shore with his family.
