Kat Scoggin is an audit manager who has led several large performance audits across her 14 years with the City and County of San Francisco as a member of the Controller's Office City Services Auditor and the Department of Police Accountability, including five Knighton winning audit reports. Prior to working as an auditor, Kat studied interpersonal communication and relationships, and pyschology.
